QA/QC Introduction
Inspection and Test:We established and implemented the special inspection system to gurrantee our products, including incoming inspection, process inspection and final inspection, from the casting in our foundry to the delivery. We control the whole process of valve manufacture.
Investment casting: to produce tight - tolerance and Excellent surface finish.
Chemical composition control, Mechanical Test: optical emission spectrometer, portable alloy analysis spectrometer, hardness testing,tensile test.
Pressure test to 100% on every valve.
